A respectful cooperation is of high relevance for us – we want to live this in our daily actions. That is why we support the supply chain law. As early as 2016, the federal government adopted the national action plan for business and human rights to implement the UN guidelines on the same topic. We focus on the following five core elements of it:
Acknowledge responsibility → Identify risks → Minimize risks → Inform & report → Enable complaints
Our short-term goal is a reference standard that guarantees that our supply chain from field to shelf is sustainable and socially responsible. We stand up for more fairness, social equality and a secure future for our producers.
