The dual degree program in Business Administration—Food Management focuses on the latest products in the food industry. With three-month rotations between practical and theoretical modules, you’ll have the opportunity to apply what you’ve learned right here with us! During the theoretical phase, for example, you’ll learn key business administration concepts, explore products—their texture and taste—in the sensory analysis course, and gain insight into a product’s lifecycle from “farm to table.” The practical phase is all about applying your new knowledge and putting it into practice. You’ll identify trends early on and respond accordingly in your planning, evaluate customer needs, and participate in team meetings. In the process, you’ll gain experience across all departments.
