We collect and process the personal data you provide in order to handle the application process. The personal data you voluntarily provide includes, for example, title, first name, last name, email address, mailing address, certificates, resume, cover letter, photo, etc. This data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of reviewing your application and initiating an employment relationship. The legal basis for this is Article 88(1) of the GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 of the BDSG (new) as well as Article 6(1), sentence 1, lit. a) and lit. b) of the GDPR. We do not ask you to provide special categories of personal data unless required by law. By submitting personal data to us, you hereby expressly consent to the processing of this data as described here.
We do not disclose personal data to third parties or transfer it to third countries. We store your personal data for the duration of the application process. If your application is unsuccessful, the data you submitted will be deleted no later than six months after notification of the rejection, unless there are other legitimate interests that prevent deletion or you have given your consent to further storage. If an employment contract is concluded, you will be informed separately regarding the further use of your data.

b) Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
We also use Google Conversion Tracking to collect statistical data on the use of our website and to analyze this data in order to optimize our website for you. In this process, Google AdWords places a cookie (see Section 8) on your computer if you arrived at our website via a Google ad.
These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If a user visits certain pages on the AdWords customer’s website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can determine that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page.
Each AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. 1. Orders in the Online Store
